This privacy policy explains how SEO Audit MCP ("we", "the service") collects, uses, and protects your information. The service is operated by Andrey Glivera, a solo developer based in Ukraine.
Account information: When you purchase a paid plan, Paddle (our payment processor) collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email address and Paddle customer ID. We do not store or process payment card information directly.
API usage data: We track the number of audits performed per API key for billing and rate limiting purposes. This includes timestamps and the URLs you audit.
IP addresses: For free tier rate limiting, we temporarily store IP addresses in memory. These are not persisted to any database.
Audit results: We do not permanently store the content of audited websites or the audit results. Results are generated and returned in real-time.

Paddle: Processes payments. See Paddle's privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Google PageSpeed Insights API: Used to measure website performance. URLs you audit are sent to Google's API.
DeepSeek: AI model used for content and geo analysis. Page content excerpts (up to 2000 characters) are sent for analysis.
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation.
We do not retain audit results or website content after the response is delivered.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.
API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. We use HTTPS for all communications. Webhook signatures are verified using HMAC-SHA256.
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
