Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process your refund within 7 business days.
After the 14-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion. We may offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining billing period if you cancel mid-cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle unless within the 14-day refund window.
